What's the buzz?? It's the Vibrators V2
Classic London punk in America!

Nigel Bennett, acclaimed English lead guitarist, is rebooting his longtime band, the Vibrators V2 in America. The band's debut show at Kung Fu Necktie in Philadelphia in 2023 was packed with fans who sang along all night.
The trio bring a rock ‘n’ roll aesthetic to a classic punk rock show.
The Vibrators V2 is a new line of the fan favorite band.
Nigel joined The Vibrators, one of London’s first punk bands, in 1990 and tour the world with them visiting South America in 2019, and annual tours of Europe and America. Nigel played on many Vibrators albums and wrote songs with band leader Knox, who stopped touring a few years ago.
Sadly, the original Vibrators fell victim to the pandemic disbanding in 2020 when drummer Eddie Edwards decided to retire and lead singer-songwriter-guitarist Knox Carnochan stopped touring. Nigel moved to America in 2022, and he received naming rights for "The Vibrators V2."
“Knox’s songs are so good that they need to be heard. I got married and moved to Philadelphia, and it felt right to restart the band here as the Vibrators V2,” says Bennett, who previously played with the MTV favorites, The Members, who had hits with songs like the “Working Girl,” “Radio,” and “Sound of the Suburbs.”
The new lineup consists of bassist Dave Emmett Janney (Creem Circus) and drummer Rick Eddy (Blue Wave Theory). The band has been rehearsing in a secret location in South Jersey and will be webcasting a show over the summer so fans all over the world can see and hear the magic of The Vibrators V2.
